After You Order

  • Upon receipt of payment, primary contact will be asked by the Institute to submit roster of all individuals within the company to receive the study. (50 Maximum)
  • The Institute will create user names and passwords for each user and send to the primary contact for distribution.
  • The Institute will send each user the report files. Usernames and passwords will be forwarded by company’s primary contact.

  • The study can be printed but will have a watermark on each page.
  • Users are not permitted to copy and paste from the report.
  • The number of computers from which the report can be opened is limited to 3 for each user.
  • The document is highly confidential and is intended to be used only by the licensed users.
  • It is unlawful and strictly forbidden to forward or copy the document or parts of the document by any means, either manual or electronic.
  • The report and its accompanying data file cannot be shared with anyone who is not a registered user. It contains an embedded digital code to track its usage and identify users.
